MANUFACTURING STEPS

 

In a saucepan, boil spaghetti until aldente, about 5-10 minutes. Remove and drain, set aside.

Saute garlic and onions with margarine until fragrant.

Add smoked beef, stir well.

Pour in ⅔ part of the liquid milk, stir well.

Add cheese, oregano, pepper and salt. Stir well, taste. and add seasoning if you feel something is missing.

Pour the cornstarch solution, stir well.

Add spaghetti, stir well until the sauce is well mixed.

Next, add the beaten egg and the remaining liquid milk. Stir and cook briefly over low heat until the gravy becomes creamy and cooked. Lift.

Spaghetti carbonara is ready to be served with a sprinkling of grated cheese and parsley on top.
